Weather permitting, you meet every Tuesday morning for a cruise around Camberwell!

intro to hula hooping

Learn the art of hula hooping with world champion, Jenny! Don't worry if you haven't hula hooped since primary school or if you've never hula hooped before. As long as you can move your hips, you can hula hoop.

Jenny will show you the basics of waist hula hooping and then you get to choose your own adventure. You can enjoy the relaxing flow of gentle hooping or learn a variety of techniques to give you a unique core workout.

Jenny will provide all the hoops, just bring a water bottle and a positive attitude. You'll even get to try out the hula hoops she used to break 3 Guinness World Records.

TAI CHI - intermediate

Tai Chi is a recreational fitness form of flowing movements designed to exercise and develop the body and mind in unison. The movements are performed in a slow dream-like pace, with deep concentration and diaphragmatic breathing to transport one into a state of tranquil relaxation.

Tai Chi utilizes the principle of non-physical exertion and internal organ exercise by way of corrective breathing, controlled stretching and gentle artistic movement to improve strength and balance. 

Completion of at least one term in the Beginners (Level 1+2) class is recommended.
